Requirements :
- Male / Female (maximum age 40 years).
- Minimum education S1.
- Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Experienced as Key Account Manager for at least 1 year, or Key Account Supervisor
minimum 3 years in the Modern Trade channel. - Experienced in handling large MTI outlets such as Naga, Hari Hari, Tip Top, Grandlucky, Diamond etc.
- Have experience in planning & executing promotional programs on the MT channel.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good negotiation skills.
Responsibility :
- Achieve the set sales target.
- Listing products.
- Building good relationships with customers (accounts).
- Planning & executing promotional programs.
- Conduct analysis, evaluation & create performance reports related to sales performance in each account.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure the achievement of the set targets.
