DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB PURPOSE
Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role will also act as the key liaison between the internal team and external digital marketing agencies, ensuring that all campaigns and content executions align with the brand’s strategy & objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies (paid & organic) aligned with company objectives across various channels such as website, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Continuously monitor the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices for strategic innovation.
2. Agency Coordination & Supervision
- Provide clear creative briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Agency (review & approve) to ensure the production and management of creative content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with the strategy.
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure quality, consistency & timely delivery of digital content and campaign execution.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor social media performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Suggest improvements to increase campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, ROI).
REQUIREMENT
1. Experience
- Minimum 2 years in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaign and reporting.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with a digital marketing agency is a strong plus.
- A portfolio of successful digital campaigns is a plus.
2. Technical Skills
- Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek & etc.) to accelerate campaign planning, content development, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social ads, and email marketing.
- Proficient with tools like Google Ads & Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Able to write clear briefs and evaluate digital content quality.
3. Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially for collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and digitally savvy.
