REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaign and reporting.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating with a digital marketing agency is a strong plus. 
  • A portfolio of successful digital campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially for collaborating with internal and external parties.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and digitally savvy.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social ads, and email marketing.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Ads & Analytics, and Meta Business Suit.
  • Able to write clear briefs and evaluate digital content quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies (paid & organic) aligned with company objectives across various channels such as website, Meta, TikTok, and others.
  • Continuously monitor the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices for strategic innovation.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Agency (review & approve) to ensure the production and management of creative content
  • Monitor social media performance and provide data-driven insights.
